Waterweed Japan Punk Band 

Formed in Osaka in 2003. After participating in several demos and a compilation album, released the first mini album “Killing the earth means our suicide” in April 2007 from Theory & Practice operated by NATURE LIVING.

In the same year, he participated in “COMEBACK KID JAPAN TOUR” and “TASTE OF CHAOS TOUR” held in Namba HATCH, and performed with THE USED, RISE AGAINST, etc.
The following year, we invited bands from Japan and abroad together with PALM and LOST, and made a major member change at the event “TERMINAL” at BIGCAT. Enter into a suspension period of about two years.

In 2009, when the live activity was restarted with the first pin vocal style 5 piece in the career, support for Japan such as Between The Buried And Me, SHAI HULUD, TRASH TALK, THE CHARIOT will be provided.

In 2010, we will distribute a split sound source “SEVEN FALLS AND EIGHT RISES” with LOST for free.

By the end of 2010, the bassist left and returned to the base vocal style.

In May 2011, he released “who the fuck do you think you are? EP”. Sold 2000 copies with independent release.

When he joined the label at the same time he joined the maximum10 compilation “MAYDIE !!” released in March 2013, he released his first full album “CICADA” in October 2013.

The tour final held a joint project “MANPOWER” with bacho, FIVE NO RISK, PALM at BIGCAT.

In 2014, he performed at the FACT 15th anniversary event “ROCK-O-RAMA” at Makuhari Messe.
The day before, we uploaded live clips of six new songs that were recorded in one shot on YouTube.

In March 2015, the studio took a new EP called “Ashes”.

soon as he started his first three-piece career, he started recording, and in January 2016 released the nine-track EP, Landscapes.
Performed Landscapes Tour 2016 in Japan and Korea.

In April 2017, she released her second full album “Brightest”.
Performed Brightest Tour 2017 in Japan, Taiwan and Indonesia.

In March 2018, a new song “In my veins” was added to Bandcamp.
In April of the same year, she signed a contract with UK’s PUNK / HARDCORE LABEL “Lockjaw Records” and released the Brightest UK edition.
Conducted 11 UK / EU tours in 5 countries.

In January 2019, he performed MANPOWER TOUR 2019 in Sendai, Koriyama and Shinjuku. The tour final took place at BIGCAT.

In addition, a new guitarist was welcomed from MANPOWER TOUR 2019, and activities with 4-piece twin guitars were started.

The third full album “Diffuse” was released on April 24, 2019.
